 It is true when they say each journey takes with a simple step. I was talking to a marathon runner and to me it is very hard to run a marathon. He said anyone can do it. I asked him how. He said it is very easy. First you have to set a goal. I want to be able to run 3 miles in 6 months. The first step is to take a nice first day 10-20 minutes walk and continue for a week or two. Then make it to 20-30 minutes the next month and continue for 3-4 months. This way your mind will train your body, joints, bones to get ready to be active. By no time you can start running a bit and adding more miles. In 6-8 months you can run 2-3 miles and more.

 

EATING HABITS
Know it by heart

  1. Variety & Balanced food

  2. Small portions

  3. Eat Breakfast

  4. more High Fiber Food

  5. Less Fat and Sugar consumption

  6. if you want to lose weight, take the road to 100 less calorie a day until you reach your ideal weight

  7. Try not to eat at late night hours

  8. Kill the binging habits by keeping yourself busy with a hobby

 

 

EXERCISE
Adopt it to you everyday life
