Last night I cried myself to sleep. I am so depressed why my parents never told me any words like "yes, good, perfect, I think you can do it. Never". They even pilled it up with, negative thoughts. I don't think you can do it. This is not your cup of tea. This is a hard task.
Being a successful woman for my age and between colleagues. Having had and operated many businesses. Showing them I can achieve. Then I see criticizing myself to death and never feel successful. I feel like a failure. I always remember the negative words of my parents. What should I do to get red of rejected feelings? Merriam, Nevada.

Dear Merriam, there are many issues here that need to be solved.
First, scream from the bottom of your longs and say; No. Enough is enough,... is enough. No more. I am not going to put myself down. No it is not right. NO. NO. NO. Till you truly hear yourself.
Second, hear the voice of; I can do it. I will do it. I am doing it.
And I am successful.
Third,
do not wait for your parents or anyone else to give you credits of what you have accomplished. You need to give the credit to yourself and feel totally happy.

Note: Do Not Repeat your parents negative words to yourself. Do not remember them.
Negative thoughts will become your thoughts and will take you to the same childhood cycle.
You are a
conscious being. You can erase the bad thoughts that have been given to you.
You can take control of your life.
Love yourself, give yourself credit for the things you are proud of.
