The Nature of your fear  

People are afraid of changes, dark, aging, dying, rejection, success, and unknowns.

Fear keeps us away from experiencing life.

Fear is normal as long as you realize it and get the keys to unlock it.

What are some of the things people worry about these days?

afraid of; the world will be blown up; crime on the streets and in their homes; inflation; medical bills; aging; marriage; divorce; commitment; too much caffeine, sugar, salt; failure; success; and many more.

If you can't do anything about it, leave it. If you can, then why worry?

FEAR OF CHANGE

We go through many major and minor changes in different stages of our life.  Accept that nothing stays the same. Realize that change happens. Get equipped with the right knowledge and how you can cope with difficulties.

NEGATIVE PROGRAMMING

Mom send her child to school, kiss her goodbye, and says: "to be careful out there". Child learns there must be something out there that I need to be careful. What is it? How do I know. How to cope with it. Negative programming despite the degree of light to severe might be another cause of fear.

ACTION ORIENTED FEAR

Ending or beginning a relationship, being assertive, going on an interview, making friends.

EGO ORIENTED FEAR

Loss of image, rejection, success, helplessness, disapproval, being conned, making mistake.

The Magic Solution

* Trust yourself more

* Being resourceful and knowledgeable

* The more information you get, the better you can handle any situation

* Just do it.    

* The joy of discovery is delicious

* Trust your ability

* Train yourself and constant saying: "I can Handle it"

* Sharpen your power vocabulary to all positive thinking

* Nod your head to "yes", start your thinking process with accepting not denying

* Agreement gives you the sense that everything will be all right. Because you are going to make it all right.

* Breath well, relax your body, and let the tension go.

* Look for value in any situation given

* Don't push difficulties aside. Say yes and handle it.

* Say yes to your universe. Say yes to yourself.

Trust your world

Give thanks to all people in your life

Bless your pain and difficulties. Change it into something positive and valuable

Commit yourself to pushing through the fear and becoming more than you are at the present moment. You just need to welcome anything that comes to your life in any matter and forms. Learn the power and energy of your higher self.

The divine Homesickness disappears as you find the place where we all are connected as loving human beings.

Still have anxiety and fear? Get busy with life. Get involve with community volunteer work. Cut down sugar and caffeine from your diet. Exercise.
