I am 40(feeling 80), two kids, and a full time job. Recently I feel extremely tired and "clogged up" all the time. I even get up tired and feel fatigue throughout the day. What do I need to do to boost-up my energy? Kathy, Virginia.

Dear Kathy, Feeling fatigue, clogged up, and tired shows your body circulation is not functioning good. Which means there are blockages in your system that holds back the free-flowing, oxygenated blood travels throughout you body. For good circulation, you need to take care of detoxification first by taking nutrients that will (1) dispatch and disperse accumulated wastes, and (2) repair your capillaries so they become strong and can function as efficient filters.

One day grape juice fast. Drink unsweetened grape juice for the entire day. Take no foods and no other liquids except water. Repeat the process every ten days. You will gain a great circulation for your entire life.

Circulation-Blocking foods, that needs to be eliminated or highly  monitored such as dairy products, highly sugar and fat contained.

The most powerful inner cleansers to strengthen your breathing power; - vitamin A and beta-carotene. Vitamin B6 is super cell cleanser, it dilutes lactic acid, stimulates its washing out of your body, and protects a life-threatening clot.

Herb Tonic. Drink rose hips tea, or horsetail tea, with a bit of honey and lemon juice. This will strengthens and cleanses small capillaries to improve flow of oxygen-bearing nutrients.
