Tips for Mothers Who Choose to Stay Home
- not to stay home because the child needs you, nor because you have a great need to be with the child
- stay home because you see more of yourself, more happier, can manage better
- have your own privacy, give time and put space for your needs, any needs that makes you gain more knowledge, feel happier, and healthier
- room for special/social arrangements, getting out into the world and having new experiences
- get involve with local library events
- part time arrangements for child care is a must, so you can relax and have more energy to spend a good quality time with the family
BZ Schedule:
Position your office location carefully, have a location dedicated only for workplace.
Be consistence on eliminating clutter, get rid of the things you don't need and continually continue on getting rid of things that is not necessary to have.
Choose a calendar system, one for career, another for personal. Plan a system that encompasses both your personal and professional life.
Develop a system for meals plan, no more stress when you plan ahead of time, with variety of healthy snacks, and fast cooking meal preparation.
Create a filling system, both for personal and career. File everything in it's place separately and keep a list of your files. Have a file index, so someone else can find it when needed.
Eliminate perfectionism, look at the things in a matter of productivity. Remember to have patience and get things done one at the time. Productivity is about progress, not perfectionism.
Get enough sleep, to have more energy and less stress. Getting a good rest will boost-up your productivity.
