Weight Problem, different genes, different life styles

If you (or someone you care about) have an on-going problem with your diet or ugly fat, then you already know something extremely important. Evidently you know what the experts don't. The problem isn't ignorance about diet or what to do.

The "cure" finally revealed was one you've heard many times before, that is, "Eat nutritious, lower calorie foods (you don't like) in moderation (whatever that is) and exercise (like it or not) regularly. Doctors say you need to look into your genes for weight control. Recognition of your family genes plays an important part. And major part of maintaining the desire weight falls on your life style.

The ideal weight for each individual is slightly different from the correct weight. We tend to get influenced by media of what you should look like, what is desirable and in style. If you think you are couple of pounds overweight is different from 50 or more pounds overweight. However, you need to concentrate on losing fat if you are in risk of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and maintain a healthy body weight.

Watch out for you-you dieting. You need to choose a life style to find consistency of regular exercise, maintaining a healthy diet, balanced nutrition, eliminating consuming too much fat/sugar/salt/soda, and preservatives in your food.

Love your genes and see the beauty in yourself of what you are. Do not compare yourself with the magazine pictures. Adopt a lifestyle to give you the flexibility of maintaining a healthy living.
